 Please Note:  Please be aware that on May 5, 2008, Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Inc. will implement a new policy and procedure for the warranty exchange of our printer products. Under this new policy KMBS will request all End-Users to provide us with your credit card information in order to process warranty advance-exchange printer shipments. All credit card information will be held in an encrypted format in the Konica Minolta ERP system and is being requested and retained for billing purposes in the event that a printer that is being exchanged pursuant to Konica Minolta Business Solutions warranty exchange program (“warranty exchange”) is not returned to KMBS.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions’ policy to not charge customers when warranty exchanges are shipped will remain in effect and we will continue to provide End-Users with a 15-business day time period to return their defective printer. However, under this new policy KMBS will now invoice End-User credit card accounts for all non-returned printers that have been exchanged under warranty.

Ultimately, there will be no charges to End-User credit card accounts as long as Konica Minolta receives the defective warranty exchanged printer back within the 15-business day grace period. Conversely, if the defective core printer that was exchanged under warranty is not received at Konica Minolta within 15-business days the End-User credit card account that was provided at the time of the replacement printer shipment will be debited for the price of that printer.
